Who is responsible for your data

ETHIA Agency, based in Portugal, is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about your data, use the contact form on our website.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the diagnosis form: your name, business name, website, Instagram or LinkedIn, email address, mobile number, annual revenue range, and what you tell us about the challenges in your business.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare the diagnosis you asked for, and, if we work together, deliver the project. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and delivered to our Google (Gmail) inbox, under their own privacy terms. This site loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your language choice (EN or PT), so the site remembers it.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your request within 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the project lasts and as required by Portuguese tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, through the contact form on our website. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
